Pipelign™ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Key Summary
- 14-Day Trial Period: New subscribers may cancel within 14 days for a full refund of subscription fees (setup fees are non-refundable).
- Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. No refunds or prorated credits for the current billing period.
- No Refunds After Trial: Once the trial ends or a paid billing cycle begins, all charges are final.
- Setup Fees: One-time onboarding and configuration fees are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees.

Subscription Terms and Billing
Pipelign™ offers month-to-month subscriptions for our AI Employee, Smart Website (Starter), and Business Suite plans. All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Billing occurs in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
- You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on each renewal date.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be added based on your billing location.
Trial Period and Initial Cancellation
- Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day trial period starting from the date of initial purchase.
- During the trial, you may cancel for a full refund of subscription fees by contacting [email protected] or through your account settings.
- Setup/onboarding fees are non-refundable, even during the trial, as they cover immediate configuration work.
- After the 14-day trial expires, the subscription converts to a paid plan and follows standard cancellation rules.
Cancellation Process
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months after the trial period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds Are Provided Only In These Cases:
- Cancellation during the 14-day trial period (subscription fees only).
- Service unavailability exceeding 72 continuous hours due to our verified technical fault (prorated credit or refund may be issued at our discretion).
No Refunds Are Issued For:
- Any paid subscription period after the trial.
- Unused features, time, or early cancellations.
- Setup fees, customization, or third-party integration charges.
- Cases where access has been granted or any service has been used.
Service-Specific Notes
- AI Employee, Smart Website, and Business Suite Plans: Follow the general subscription and trial rules. Due to immediate value of automation setup, AI training, website deployment, and CRM integration, sales are final after the trial.
- Custom Add-Ons or One-Time Services: Non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables are provided.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We review exceptional cases (e.g., verified prolonged outages or documented billing errors) on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at Pipelign™’s sole discretion. Submit requests in writing to [email protected] with supporting details.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
- Non-refundable portions (setup fees, transaction costs) may be deducted where applicable.
